董事 – 新西蘭註冊 LBP/Master Builder
從很小的時候起，米奇就對建築和建築著迷，從在家裡搬家具到放棄銷售工作，轉而在廚房安裝公司工作。
在環遊世界之後，米奇搬到了新西蘭——這是一個在他“沒有語言能力、沒有錢、沒有永久居留權、沒有人際關係、沒有資格、沒有家庭”的國家挑戰自己的機會。
在麻省理工學院學習木工學校後，米奇迅速成為一名建築商，在創辦 Japan Homes 之前為一家韓國開發公司工作了一段時間。通過 Japan Homes，他能夠將諸如可信賴性和質量等日本價值觀以及日本哲學的基礎帶入新西蘭住宅的建設中。
現在，十多年來，Japan Homes 一直在建造舒適、負擔得起的新西蘭房屋。
